We want your Fred from the Dead experience to be as fun and worry-free as possible. Below you'll find information about shipping, returns, and refunds.
Shipping
We carefully pack every order before it heads out on its next adventure.
- Processing Time: 2–5 business days
- Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (after processing)
You'll receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
International shipping is coming soon! We're working hard to bring Fred to families around the world.
Returns
We hope you love your Fred from the Dead purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- All original packaging, books, and accessories must be included.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with you to make it right.
